Missions

The MIDO Department is responsible for organizing academics for all programs in mathematics and IT for the organization and decisions sciences from first year Bachelor's to 2nd year Master's degrees, including both professionally oriented and research oriented curriculum.

Activities

Serves as the academic liaison for students and faculty, organizes and follows the academic year:

• coordinates admissions for incoming students
• follows-up academic commission decisions
• organizes the academic calendar and class schedules
• prepares and implements the exam guidelines document
• organizes exams and juries and records grades
• coordinates and follow-up internship agreements
• international relations…

Designs and distributes catalogues, flyers and poster presenting MIDO programs at public events (academic fairs, forums, conferences….)

Prepares, follows-up and implements the decisions of the Academic Department councils: monitors the Department's budget, DBM, orders, invoices

Monitors the payment of teaching hours
