Legal and University Affairs
Missions and activities
- Assists and advises the university’s governing bodies, management, departments and services
- Handles all litigation
- Handles all claims and pre-litigation files
- Draws up and/or monitors the university’s conventions, agreements and contracts
- Organizes and manages elections to the university’s Central Governing Bodies and Departmental Councils
- Monitors cases submitted to the Board of Director’s disciplinary committee
- Legal watch: monitors and analyzes new legislation and regulations and prepares summary notes
- Implements procedures designed to facilitate day-to-day management
- Is the official university correspondent for “Informatique & Libertés” (CIL)
- Participates in Board meetings and plays an interface role between the President, the Chief Operating Officer and the departments and services
University Archives
Missions and activities
- Is responsible for sorting, filing, conservation and publication of all university archives: paper documents, photographs, digital material
- Informs personnel regarding archiving procedures and the importance of conservation
- Prepares and transfers Dauphines historic archives to the French National Archives
