IT services
Missions
IT Services (DSI) has overall responsibility for Dauphine’s information system. DSI:
- Ensures that all Dauphine applications and platforms for management and organization, learning support, academic technology and library technology, are consistent and accessible
- Is responsible for IT infrastructure and networks
- Manages the electronic directory and the Dauphine messaging system
The CRIC, Center for Shared IT Resources:
- Manages the university’s computer equipment
- Is in charge of maintaining, upgrading and replacing IT equipment
- Provides user tech assistance
- Organizes the IT public procurement tenders in collaboration with Financial Services
- Is responsible for the Data Center where it runs the university’s IT servers.
IT Security
The CRIC works with and on instruction from the Head of IT Security (RSSI) to ensure that the university’s IT equipment and systems run efficiently and are accessible to users at all times by:
- Implementing Dauphine’s IT Security policy
- Monitoring compliance to the IT user’s Charter
- Taking all necessary technical measures to ensure IT security.
