Buildings and grounds
Missions
Buildings and grounds is responsible for maintaining, renovating and rehabilitating university facilities. The department assists the President in defining and is in charge of implementing the university’s infrastructure program.
The department is responsible for the quality of infrastructure operations and for ensuring that they run smoothly, notably for cost-control and delivery schedules as well as making sure that all operations take into account future operating and maintenance specifications and that they adhere to the principles of sustainable development.
