Board of Directors (CA)
The Université Paris-Dauphine Board of Directors consists of 61 members: 15 student members, 34 faculty and staff representatives (27 faculty and 7 staff), 10 ex-officio members and 12 members from the business and economic community.
The President of University Paris-Dauphine is the ex-officio Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors is a decision-making body; it defines university policy and as such:
- approves the university's Rules and Regulations
- defines the university's Statutes and Organizational Structure
- votes the budget and approves the university's accounts
- draws up and coordinates the university's national accreditation procedures (demandes d'habilitation à délivrer des diplômes nationaux)
- defines the university's employment structure
- authorizes the President to take legal action on behalf of the university
- approves rules and regulations pertaining to exams
- approves the university's Annual Report including the annual accounts and the President's summary.
