Real Estate and Urban Planning Chair
A Fondation Partenariale Paris-Dauphine Chair in partnership with the Crédit Foncier
The Real Estate and Urban Planning Chair's mission is support Université Paris-Dauphine's academic programs and research on urban planning, housing and real estate and in particular to:
- support the university's research programs in urban planning, housing and real estate
- participate in developing specialized academic programs in those fields
- foster knowledge sharing among the different university stakeholders: students, researchers, professionals etc.
Our research focuses on :
- Real Estate markets, their economic dynamics and geographic risk:
- Choosing to include real estate in an investment portfolio: the role of spatial volatility
- Spatial econometrics and economic fluctuations: price and quantitative dynamics
- Attractiveness and differentiation of local real estate markets
The Chair is coordinated by:
