Applying to a 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor's program in Mathematics or Information Technologies

Academic Year – Mathematics

Prerequisites for admission to the second year (L2) of a MIE program

To apply for admission to the second year of a MIE program, candidates must either:

  • have successfully completed preparatory classes in science, economics or commerce with a scientific major
  • have successfully completed courses for 60 ECTS credits in a comparable university program.

Prerequisites for admission to the third year (L3) Bachelor's program in Mathematics

Students who have successfully completed their L2 – MIE will be accepted automatically to the L3 Bachelor's program in Mathematics.

All other students: to apply for admission to the L3 Bachelor's program in Mathematics, you must either:

  • have successfully completed courses for 120 ECTS credits in a Bachelor of Sciences program in a French or European university
  • have successfully completed preparatory classes in science or economics
  • or have a degree that is accepted as an equivalent degree for the purposes of admission

Academic Year – Information Technologies

Prerequisites for admission to the second year (L2) of a DE MI2E program

To apply for admission to the second year of a DE MI2E program, candidates must either:

  • have successfully completed preparatory classes in science, economics or commerce with a scientific major
  • have successfully completed courses for 60 ECTS credits in a comparable university program.

Prerequisites for admission to the third year (L3) Bachelor's program in Information Technologies

Students who have successfully completed their L2 –DE MI2E will be automatically accepted to the L3 Bachelor's program in Mathematics.

All other students: to apply for admission to the L3 Bachelor's program in Mathematics, you must either:

  • have successfully completed the DUGEAD or the DE MI2E program with a major in Mathematics-Economics (and have received your certificate)
  • have successfully completed courses for 120 ECTS credits in a Bachelor of Sciences program in a French or European university
  • have successfully completed preparatory classes in science or commerce
  • have successfully graduated a DUT program with a favorable assessment for further studies
  • Have successfully graduated a BTS program in information technologies
  • or have a degree that is accepted as an equivalent degree for the purposes of admission
