Agenda

The aim of this specialisation is to train high-level statisticians who intend to proceed either into academic research, or research in industrial centres, or scientific management positions in a company. The courses on offer cover the various branches of mathematical statistics.

Objectifs

On the one hand, the courses cover the foundations of statistics and, on the other hand, advanced applications in calculation methods, biostatistics and statistics for finance.

Stages

Compulsory academic or university placement of 10 weeks minimum (24 ECTS).

International

Some of the courses provided in this Masters contribute to the European Masters in Bayesian Statistics in conjunction with the universities of Valencia, Madrid, Klagenfurt, Helsinki and Rome. In the event of M1 enrolment in this Masters, the M2 year must take place in one of these universities for at least 36 ECTS credits.

Some classes are given in English depending on the visiting professors invited professors and the students from the European Masters following these classes.
