Objectifs
The 101 Masters provides training on most issues concerning the general management of companies and organisations. The outlook is always organisational and strategic, even for teaching in law and organisation, or finance and organisation or social sciences and general management. The goal is to train future researchers (in general 20% of cohorts) and consultants or business executives (often 80% of cohorts). Training is high level. It is a training through research, with a constant concern for confrontation with empirical reality. The emphasis is on the management of companies in the international environment, but there are always students who focus on organisations of other kinds.
Stages
Placements are not obligatory. They are possible.
International
Training does not take place abroad. The major dissertation may be completed outside France.
Particularités
In general, international students from 6 countries account for 1/3 of the intake for the "Masters 101
General Policy of companies".
