25 June to 31 July 2007: full-time at Dauphine
27 August to 28 September 2007: full-time at Dauphine
1 October to 15 December 2007: 2 days per week at Dauphine, 3 days in a business
9 January to 30 April 2008: full-time in a business
2 May to 30 May 2008: 2 days per week at Dauphine, 3 days in a business.
Objectifs
1- Manage international projects while taking into account intercultural issues, in particular in emerging markets (China, India, Russia, Brazil, etc.).
2- Communicate effectively within the business, using new leadership and change management methods.
3- Present business plans that can convince different players in the business with a view to the launch of new products.
4- Manage customer relations using an integrated approach (CRM Customer Relationship Management).
5- Market new products, in particular innovative products, in an international context.
6- Find out about different approaches to consulting in terms of strategy, organisation and new technologies.
7- Develop the marketing and project management of the transverse dimension using business processes (CRM, SCM, ERP, KM, BI).
8- Be able to use new communications technologies (the internet, mobile phones, etc.) in international project management.
International
Courses are given in English, with a number of professors invited from US universities (Claremont, GSU, etc.) and the London School of Economics.
Possibility of a 2nd semester ""tuition-free"" at San Francisco State University.
Possibility of taking an MBA at San Francisco State University, GSU Atlanta or Stevens Institute, New York after the M2.
Possibility of taking a Masters degree at the London School of Economics.
