The objective of this qualification is to enable students to identify cultural differences, whether they are of international, national, regional, organisational or professional origin, to understand the origin of these differences and the values on which they are based, to develop tools which, while respecting these differences and the strategic imperatives of the company, enable national and international cooperation to be improved.

Minimum BAC+4 (or VAE (validation of professional experience)) and 5 years' professional experience

Cost of the programme:
- €12000 for employees with funding,
- €9500 for self-funded individuals.

The programme is divided into 5 modules:

1) Management sciences
2) Social sciences and humanities
3) Civilisational approach
4) Cultural approach and integrated management
5) Individual approach

Career progression within a public or private company;

Cultural, humanitarian (NGOs) or trade union projects;

Information and communication professions, managers in local and regional government;

Consultants in intercultural management.
