Agenda
February 2008 to June 2009: Fridays and Saturdays once every two weeks (one week out of two; on rare occasions classes may take place on Sunday).
Three full weeks over the course of the 17 months (in February 2008, June 2008 and February 2009).
Objectifs
The Dauphine ""Human Resources Management"" MBA programme should enable each participant to:
- Acquire operational and analytical knowledge of management,
- Develop a cross-disciplinary and global approach to business,
- Integrate the European and international dimension into human resource management policies and practices,
- Assess a HR policy or practice,
- Gain proficiency in the technical aspects of the HR role,
- Understand and support processes of change.
These objectives, and the content of the resulting programme (see below), are based on the fact that HRM plays a triple role: general management role - HR expertise role - team management role.
