Classes take place on Thursday afternoons, all day Friday, Saturday morning (about 18 hours per week) from 1 October to 15 June.

To train students in all real-estate professions, in the areas of banking, property development, investment consultancy, company property management, property management, asset management, legal consulting, marketing, surveying, project management.

The timetable is organised so as to allow students to complete the obligatory placement part-time over 6 months or after full-time training for a minimum of 3 months.

BAC+4, masters 1 or 2 in management sciences, masters 1 or 2 in economic sciences, masters 1 or 2 in law, IEP diplomas, ESC diplomas, engineering school diplomas. The masters course admits candidates each year in continuous training, working professionals who can claim validation of professional experience.
