Beginning of academic year planned for early October. Participation in the Commercial Innovation Observatory, on Wednesdays. ""Marketing trends"" series of lectures on Thursday evenings.

Objectifs

This training develops an excellent knowledge of business (large-scale distribution, specialised distribution, franchises, distance sales…) as well as the ability to deal with business problems (negotiation and purchasing, management of own brands, establishing a commercial and relational marketing network (direct marketing, building loyalty, CRM, data mining), on all channels (points of sale, catalogues, merchant websites, call centres, etc.).

Stages

A minimum 6 months obligatory placement.

Particularités

Contributions by many professionals, either as course coordinators or guest lecturers (about half of the timetable). Participation by students, one day per week, in the Commercial Innovation in Europe Observatory .
