Objectifs

The programme meets the current for reflection on law applied to business. Company law is the intersection point of all the disciplines of private law, from the most classic, such as the law of obligations or company law, to the most modern, such as competition law or the future new bankruptcy law, and certain aspects of public law, all these subjects being more or less affected by Community law. The ""Advanced company law"" specialisation thus enables students to take a multi-disciplinary approach to the legal framework of business, while developing research intended to combine with that undertaken in our University in Economics and in Management.
