The Tax Administration professional Masters, established in 1982, brings into partnership the two universities of Paris-Dauphine and Paris-1 Panthéon Sorbonne as well as the French tax authorities. Its main objective is the advanced training of officials from tax authorities of foreign countries. It prepares students to take on responsibilities in the field of tax administration, to manage tax policies, and to design and implement tax reforms. The programme also welcomes a few students interested in the full range of tax governance issues faced by States, public authorities and international organisations.

One month placement with the French tax authorities.

Training in France.

Accredited jointly with Paris 1 University, this programme is provided in part by the heads of the various departments and offices of the central administration of French tax services (Directorate general for taxes, including the Directorate for tax legislation).

Maîtrise in Law, Economics or Management (M1) including training in taxation, or equivalent, particularly based on professional experience acquired at tax departments - Application dossier may be downloaded. As a general rule, candidates from the tax authority of a foreign country are presented by that authority. For all foreign candidates, prior contact with the cultural services departments of French embassies or cooperation missions is useful. A good command of French is essential (language test at the embassies). The regulations and enrolment procedure are those of Paris-Dauphine University.
