Objectifs

The MIAGE pathway of the Computing Methods Applied to Business Management and Decision Support specialisation aims to train professionals and researchers who are fully proficient in the use of IT tools and possess a good knowledge of the organisation and functioning of business. This programme maintains a close link with the national MIAGE network, which groups together all similar programmes in twenty French universities. MIAGE programmes are recognised by companies, which consider their label a guarantee of solid training in Management IT and are also attractive to students, who find there a vocational opportunity matching their skills. In the first year, the teaching of fundamental concepts respects the equilibrium between technological and organisational objectives enabling the student: - to use, manage and integrate computer technologies; - to address the modelling of information systems and project management methods; - to understand the functioning of organisations, their structures, their strategic imperatives and the entire range of interactions particularly in operational and human terms. - to learn and gain proficiency in English and a compulsory second modern language with a certification in English through the TOEIC.
