Fitness Boxing, also know as « Body-Combat », is a very popular sport at the moment in Paris’ gym clubs.

It is a non-contact sport based on rhythmic gymnastics movements and a variety of martial arts. 

Fitness Boxing tones and builds all your muscle groups harmoniously and gives you a good cardio work-out… to music.
