University's Student Residences
The student accomodation is reserved for Université Paris-Dauphine exchange students only. We only have a limited number of rooms :
- 35 at CROUS
- 5 at CIUP
When applying, you are committing yourself to pay the rent for 5 month (one semester) or 10 months (for one year).

Pour toutes les résidences du CROUS, seul le mobilier est fourni (lit, bureau, chaise, armoire) : il n'y a ni couverture, ni linge de lit, ni vaisselle.

- Fall semester: from May 2nd to May 31th 2011. If you have sent a housing application before May 31th we will let you know by mailif an accomodation has been reserved for you or not June 7th.
- Spring semester: from October 18th to November 6th 2011. If you have sent a housing application before November, 6th we will let you know by mail if an accomodation has been reserved for you or not November 17th.
It is highly recommended to look at "Live in Paris" for your search of accomodation.
At the International Office you will have access to a database with housing offers. These are private housing, Dauphine has no responsibility to the landlord or the student.
CAF
Financial support for accommodation :
You can apply for housing assistance to pay for your accommodation if you have limited resources. Housing assistance is paid by the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales de Paris (www.caf.fr). To get CAF you need to
- To receive assistance, you must be a tenant or co-tenant and have had a lease in your name for at least three months.
- You can live in a hostel or a university residence, and in either furnished or unfurnished accommodation.Don’t forget that you will need insurance for your accommodation. Student insurance companies offer a wide range of policies.
