IT Services
Center for On-line Resources (CRIC) under the direction of the Department of IT services (DSI) is responsible for coordinating central IT infrastructure and services:
- IT infrastructure and network
- management systems
- Dauphine on-line directory Dauphine ENT on-line work-space system
The CRIC is also Dauphine's central IT administrator, the primary internet service provider interface and in charge of Dauphine's technical facilities, IT equipment and all of the Dauphine IT servers.
Working alongside the Director of IT security (RSSI), the CRIC technical director and his team ensure that the university's IT systems and infrastructure remain operational and secure. They implement the Dauphine IT security policy and protocols, oversee user's code compliance and take any necessary measures to ensure overall IT security.
The Dauphine IT hot-line (CRICSVP), part of the user-services group, is the primary IT contact for all Dauphine faculty and staff. They are the ones to call for any IT problem.
The Director of IT management systems, the chargée de mission for the ENT on-line work-space and their teams work together to implement, set up & configure and develop the applications that make Dauphine run smoothly and efficiently.
