Supply goods & Services to Dauphine
Tender for public procurement contracts
The Public Procurement Department coordinates purchasing of goods and services in keeping with French legislation and regulations.
The Department prepares calls to tender, analyses bids, signs procurement contracts and follows-up contract execution.
You can consult current calls to tender and download all necessary tender documents by visiting the market room on the public procurement website : www.achatpublic.com.
This is how to do it:
1.on the achatpublic home page, go to the turquoise box entitled "vous êtes une entreprise" situated in the lower right-hand corner and click on "Salle des Marchés" (market room).
2.to consult the list of Dauphine calls to tender, go to the left-hand column, "Rechercher une consultation" (search) and type "Dauphine" in the "Organisme" box.
3.To obtain all necessary information including tender documents, first click on the procurement contract that interests you and then go back to the left-hand column and click on "Pièces de marché" in the "Consultation" list.
4.A mask will appear asking whether or not you wish to identify yourself. Unless you wish to register and receive a login and password, click on "non". No registration is required to download the tender documents.
